A: We have a wide variety of products to fit any budget. You can browse our selection to find items that are both trendy and luxurious, as well as more budget-friendly options...from basic necessities, to spoiled rotten products that both you and your dog will love.

Q: Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

A: Yes, we run discounts and promotions that can be found on our website, and/or also in emails if you are a subscriber. In addition, we run occasional social media only flash sales, so be sure to like and share us on Facebook & Instagram, too.

Q: Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

A: Yes, we are confident in the quality of our products and offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you should have any issues with your order, please refer to our refund policy or contact us.

Q: What if my order arrives broken, or is lost in transit?

A: Please contact us immediately so that we can get into contact with the carrier to see what options we have to make things right.

 Q: Does K-9 Goldmine offer international shipping?

A: Not yet, but we hope to soon!  We ship all orders to the USA for FREE, and we are working to offer international shipping to customers all over the world.
